Sprite me the ninja run pose and I'll think about it and BTW, you need to show your works and the reason for joining is not good enough...

I'd like to point out: The faces were totally not aligned properly o__O they don't really look.... Maple-ish
And the gun wasn't shaded with a variety of colors.

Face >> Same as Byran
Weapon >> I admire you
Pose>> I noticed something some of the shoes is brown in colour the one of them is white in colour (3rd)

Conclusion: For me, I can accept you as a Sprite Team Leader now but I need some opinions for this so, vote the poll is the most fair =)

-X- i see some shading flaws in the things you posted
the ninja run pose, you pants isn't baggy like your stand sprite
the gun is not shaded right
and the emotes >.> are not alligned correctly

More weapons and NPCs and such and less poses/emotes.

Just stating wut i didn't like, and why i said no~

voted yes because ThJunLa's sprites are 90% way better than mine and i like the ballerina pose and the monkey thing its cool :D

at the very least you could try looking at other pplz sprites in other forums and looking at some tutuorials (Sai's shading tutorial helped me a lot)

wait what, what is this? This isn't even an application. Poses don't count since they're easy to do and you're just filling in a template. You made one weapon, which lacked shading.

OVERALL
Your sprites need a lot of work. Just make more sprites and learn how to shade and how to use the light source properly (top left). I suggest you make at least 3 more descent weapons and maybe clothing and apply again.
